Who Runs ACG

A company is its operators.

Large glazing subcontractors hide behind layers of project engineers and regional managers. The GC who needs an answer never gets the person who actually makes the call. ACG is the opposite of that. The two people running the company are the same two people answering the phone. Every scope, every change order, every schedule commitment — owner-level decisions made by owners.

Education

Middle Tennessee State University — B.S., Concrete Industry Management. MTSU is one of only four schools in the United States offering the specialized CIM program — a degree built directly with the American Society of Concrete Contractors and funded by the concrete industry itself. It is the closest thing in U.S. higher education to a trade-school-grade construction degree.

Prior Experience

The Estates at Aqualina — lead superintendent, exterior stoneworks. Aqualina is the ultra-luxury oceanfront tower in Sunny Isles Beach where the stone façade, tile balconies, and exterior finishes set the building's entire identity. Running the exterior stone package there meant coordinating specialty trades, European material lead times, and luxury-grade punch standards — on a site where nothing short of perfect gets signed off.

At ACG

Rielly joined ACG in 2022 to launch the company into its current chapter. She owns strategy, growth, and long-term vision — the Naples and Tampa office expansions, the investment in AI-managed operations that sets ACG apart from legacy subcontractors, and the flagship manufacturer relationships with ESWindows and Euro-Wall.

Her background in concrete and stone is the unusual edge: most glazing executives have never worked the exterior envelope from the other side. Rielly has. She reads a building the way the GC does — in layers, sequences, and interfaces.

Connor Walsh

President & Qualifier — CGC #1531993
Prior Career — Aviation

Before construction, Connor flew as a commercial-rated private jet pilot. He captained three of the industry's most demanding airframes:

  • 01Bombardier Challenger 601 — wide-cabin transcontinental business jet
  • 02Cessna Citation 650 — mid-size private jet, high-altitude cruise
  • 03Gulfstream GIII — large-cabin intercontinental executive jet

Aviation taught Connor something that now defines how ACG runs every project: checklists, preflight discipline, and the habit of assuming nothing. Pilots do not guess and they do not improvise — they brief, they verify, and they execute the plan. That is the operating standard he brought into construction.

Founder Track Record

Before ACG, Connor founded and ran Liberty Impact Windows & Doors — a Florida impact-glazing company he built from zero. Year-over-year results:

YEAR 1
$400K
YEAR 2
$2.1M
YEAR 3
$5.8M
YEAR 4
$10M+

That trajectory — 25x growth in four years inside one of the most demanding impact-glazing markets in the country — is the proof point. Connor does not learn commercial glass from a textbook. He has already scaled a Florida impact-window operation from a garage to eight figures, and he carries that field-earned judgment into every ACG estimate, submittal, and install.

At ACG

Connor runs ACG's day-to-day operations — estimating, GC relationships, project management oversight, and the ESWindows account. He is ACG's qualifier on Florida license CGC #1531993 and the direct point of contact for VIP general contractors including DeAngelis Diamond, Verdex, Proctor, Curran Young, Rycon, and Suffolk.

The aviation background is not window-dressing. It is the reason ACG ships detailed submittals early, flags risk before it bites, and treats every scope the way a captain treats a flight plan — signed off, double-checked, and executed without drama.

How We Operate

Two operators. One standard.

01

Owner-Level Accountability

Every project has a principal-in-charge. No account executive layer, no regional manager buffer. The person you call is the person making the decision.

02

Preflight Discipline

Submittals, shop drawings, and long-lead item orders go out early and double-checked. Problems are flagged in the estimate stage, not in the field.

03

AI-Managed Operations

ACG runs a lean office by design. AI-assisted scheduling, estimating, and GC communications mean fewer hands on the file and faster turnaround than legacy shops.
