“Submittals on time, material showed up when it was supposed to, and the field crew was professional from day one. That’s all we ask for. ACG delivered it.”
Reviews &
Testimonials.
How Florida's general contractors and architects describe ACG after the job is delivered, the punch list is signed, and the next project is being scoped.
The scorecard GCs actually check.
ACG maintains a perfect 5.0 rating across our West Palm Beach and Naples Google Business Profiles. Every review is from a verified client on a completed project — no gamed feedback, no paid placement.
Reviews — by Office.
ACG runs three Google Business Profiles — one per Florida office. GCs on the West Coast review the Naples location. South Florida reviews go to West Palm Beach. Central Florida to Tampa.

after the punch list.
Every testimonial below comes from a general contractor, architect, or owner ACG has delivered a completed scope for. Reviews are attributed to the role; full names available on request.
“We’ve used ACG on three projects now. Every time — clean shop drawings, no surprises on lead times, and they actually answer the phone. Easy decision to keep calling them.”
“The HVHZ submittal package was complete the first time — no back-and-forth with the building department. On a fast-track healthcare project, that matters. ACG knows what they’re doing.”
“The architect specified an open-wall system the drawings made look impossible. ACG worked through it with the manufacturer, built a mockup, and the install looks cleaner than the rendering.”
“Post-Ian rebuild on a beachfront condo. Tight window, demanding owner. ACG turned over every opening on schedule and the punch list was three items. Three.”
“Most glazing subs treat lead time like a suggestion. ACG treats it like a contract. We awarded them the next two projects before this one was even closed out.”
Identifying details omitted by client preference. Project attribution and named references available upon request for GCs and architects considering ACG for upcoming work.
The clearest review is getting hired twice.
A glazing sub’s real report card is whether the same GC calls them back for the next job. These are ACG’s repeat GC clients — each one has awarded at least two projects, most have awarded three or more.

Earned, not chased.
Every ACG review comes from a GC, architect, or owner ACG has delivered a completed scope for. There is no incentive, no reciprocal arrangement, no third-party review platform. Two to three days after the punch list is signed, the PM gets one email: if ACG hit the mark, a Google review link. If anything fell short, direct escalation to Connor Walsh. That’s the process.
If ACG has worked on your project and you’d like to share feedback, the review links are above — or email [email protected] directly.
