Send plans. Get a scope.
The more info you share, the faster we scope. Required fields are marked. File uploads accept up to 25 MB total.
Before you send it over.
What's the real turnaround on a scoped proposal? +
48 hours on standard commercial projects. For complex curtainwall or multi-building scopes, 72-96 hours. If it's going to take longer, we tell you within 24 hours of receiving the plans.
What file size limit? +
25 MB total through the form. If your drawing set is bigger, share a Procore, BuildingConnected, or BIM 360 link in the Notes field, or email it to [email protected] and reference the form submission.
Budget pricing vs full hard bid — which do I pick? +
Pick Budget Pricing for pre-DD / schematic projects to get a working number. Pick Full Bid when you have CDs and a real bid due date. VE Alternate is when you already have a number and want a second look to value-engineer the glazing package.
Do you bid jobs outside Florida? +
Florida only for install. Supply-only arrangements are possible on certain manufacturer packages (ESWindows, Euro-Wall) for out-of-state GCs. Submit the form and we'll tell you on the call.
Preferred plan format? +
PDF drawings with an elevation sheet and a door/window schedule is ideal. Full CD set in PDF works. DWG files accepted. If there's a spec section 08, include it; we'll read it cover-to-cover.
