appy Holidays from the Aaron and Wendy Glass Family! We have been married now for five months and are enjoying every day. We have been able to learn a lot about each other and have really learned how to work together with our individual strengths and weaknesses.

As of January 1st, Aaron will be working full-time for Rimrock Technologies. He has been working there as a temporary employee for the last month couple of months now. His callings in church also keep him busy. His most recent calling is as the Ward Executive Secretary, so he is getting to know the bishop really well now. He still holds callings as Ward Employment Specialist and as a Ward Choir Member... so he keeps pretty busy! In the next few months, he hopes to be in the orchestra pit for the Stake Play, The Sound of Music.

I just finished with a very busy semester. I was grateful to be done with finals. I'm ready for an even busier semester starting in January as I will be in the cohort for Early Childhood Education. My class schedule is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm just about every day. Later on in the semester, I will be in classrooms actually working with kids! I'm really looking forward to having my own class next year during a year-long internship. When I have a spare moment or two, I like to scrapbook, experiment with cooking, or do crafts. Aaron is still waiting for me to scrapbook his mission pictures (which I have to finish for his birthday before next October)! I love my calling as Stake Young Women's Sports Director. It is a lot of fun to go out and play with the girls. We are starting the basketball season in January. I'll also get to go to Girls' Camp this summer!

Aaron has been taking really good care of me this last month as I have been sick with a bad cold. He finally convinced me to go to the doctor this last week. A few prescriptions later and a lot of time spent watching design shows on TV, I am feeling a lot better. We enjoy spending time together every day. We like to read our family-sized Book of Mormon, watch movies at home, and do hobbies. Last month, we worked together making a webpage for WOW Africa. We only had a week to make it so we were pretty happy with it. I also had to make one for a class at school. You can see everything we have done by browsing around our website.

This weekend, we enjoyed a homework-free time by going out for a date! School has been so busy that we haven't had a lot of time to do much on the weekends. We were blessed with discount tickets to Denny's and free tickets to go ice skating. On a college budget, this was pretty exciting for us! Aaron got pretty good at ice skating after awhile. He almost reached walking speed!! We didn't even fall... but if I did, Aaron would probably make us quit (for my knees)! So.. I only skated fast around the rink 2 or 3 times!

We are looking forward to seeing our families for Christmas. We are flying home on Christmas Eve and come back to Provo on New Year's Day. Hopefully we will have some snow in Seattle for Christmas this year! We've had more snow here in Provo than ever before. I think I call home every time it snows too!
